I want to light this candle because I didn't know he passed away. Charlie was a good guy. I didn't work for him directly but we spoke regularly as I participated on projects where his office was.

He would never hesitate to share a cigarette with you. We talked a lot for strangers from different realms. He told rough jokes that made me laugh and I am sure I told a few that made him smile.

I had the good fortune to work with Charlie on the Fort McHenry tunnel and section C of the Baltimore metro. He was a co-worker and a friend. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We worked together for a short period of time. He were learning CAD and I was learning the DMJM way. He was someone of integrity with a heart of gold. He will be missed. I send your family and friends my deepest condolences, Charles was truly one of a kind.

My heart is heavy but I know that you are at Peace. You were such an inspiration to me growing up. From teaching me how to "feather" my hair to writing lyrics of songs I wanted to learn and our infamous Christmas ride around town. You always had a kind listening ear when I needed it and I am forever grateful for these things and many more. Every time I hear a harmonica I think of you and your Love of music. Im so glad we had some big laughs the last time we spoke. That is the Chip I will remember. I LOVE YOU CHIP ! REST EASY BUDDY .
