Gordon George Gall, 59, of Delta, Pennsylvania, died on Friday, September 16, 2016 at his home.

          Born August 22, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Gloria Elaine Gall of Gettysburg, PA and the late David Carl Gall.

          He was a 1976 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School.  Gordon was retired from the U.S. Army where he was proud of earning the right to be a Ranger.  He served in the first Gulf war, Grenada, and Panama conflicts in a combat position.  He was most recently retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground as a security guard.

          Surviving in addition to his mother are a brother, Conrad Gall and wife Karla of Independence, WV; niece, Julie “Katy” Delaplain and husband Kevin of Grafton, WV; nephew, Caleb Gall of Thornton, WV; and great-nephew, Camden Delaplain, and his closest companion, his dog Thor.

          The family will have a private ceremony at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Emmitsburg, Maryland.  Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.myersdurborawfh.com.
