John Wesley Coe, 40, of Reisterstown, Maryland, died on Monday, February 6, 2017 at his home.

          Born July 24, 1976 in Westminster, Maryland, he was the son of Shirley A. (Feeser) Coe of Westminster and Larry Coe and wife Lynn of Myrtle Beach, S.C.

          John was a graduate of Westminster High School class of 1994, and then went on to graduate from CSU @ San Bernardino with a Finance Degree in 2000.  He graduated from the U.S. Army Defense Language Institute with Level #2 Russian, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves serving from 1994-2001.  He was employed by T. Rowe Price; and most recently was a student attending Towson State University in pursuit of a Masters in Education degree.  He was an accomplished musician, with his main instruments being electric guitar and pedal steel guitar.

          Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Lori A. Roth and husband Steven of New Oxford, PA; step-sister, Daryl Wolinski and husband Charlie of Miller’s Island, MD; step-nieces and nephews, Sidney, Joe, and Ava; and maternal grandmother, Doris V. Feeser of Westminster.

          He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, John and June Coe; and by maternal grandfather, Abraham Feeser.

          The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St. Westminster with funeral celebrant John C. Morrill officiating.  Private inurnment will follow in St. John’s (Leisters) Lutheran Cemetery.
