Kristin Marie Spurrier, 25, of Taneytown, MD went home to be with her Lord on Monday, February 20, 2017.  Born November 5, 1991 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Thomas and Valerie (Tanzell) Spurrier, Jr. of Taneytown.

Kristin was a Dental Assistant at Finksburg Dental.  She was a graduate of Francis Scott Key High School, class of 2009.  She enjoyed going to the beach, horseback riding, playing softball, spending time with her family and friends, and serving Jesus.

Surviving in addition to her parents are brothers, Austin and Adam Spurrier; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Patricia Spurrier, Sr.; 20 aunts and uncles; and 22 cousins.  She was predeceased by maternal grandparents, John and Frances Tanzell, and uncles, Michael and David Spurrier.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 27th, at Uniontown Bible Church, 4272 Watson Ln., Uniontown, MD, 21791.  Immediately following will be a funeral service, beginning promptly at 7 p.m., with Pastor Frank Taylor officiating.  Interment will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Taneytown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Uniontown Bible Church at the above address.
