Lorraine was my mother's (Elma M Nicklas nee Wantz) first cousin on her mother's side. I always enjoyed visiting Aunt Ruthette, Shirley and Lorraine and I always sent Lorraine christmas cards every year and always received one faithfully in return. She was a wonderful person and she will greatly missed. Please pass my condolences along to the family.

Sweet Miss Loraine was beloved by all of us at Emmanuel Lutheran School and Church. I myself would greet her at the door every Thursday morning, so she could come in and get to work on that week's bulletin. She made it rain or shine, heat or cold, in all types of weather. (I made sure to scold her when she didn't wear her gloves or hat, if the weather was bad!)
We will all miss her dearly, and send our condolences at this time of grief.
