To my loving nephew Nick, You will be missed more than words could ever express. I will miss our long talks, your laugh, and your sense of humor. You have left us much too early and I will always be grateful that your last words to me were, "I love you, Aunt Dee." I loved you with all my heart and you will live there forever until we meet again. Missing you greatly, Aunt Dee

To my beloved Grandson Nick whom I love with all my heart. It seems so unfair that you left this earth so young and full of life. I will miss your laughter, your hugs and all our fun trips to Walmart and BestBuy. Not a day will go by that I won't miss you and you will always live in my heart. May God bless you and keep you in His loving arms until we meet again and here is a big hug from your loving Nina.

Dear Jay and Arlene,
You are very present in my heart and prayer, as you bear the heartache of separation from Nick. We shared many moments loving and caring and searching for wisdom about our Nick, when he was just a little guy. You were always there for Nick. Nothing was too much for him. He always came first in your lives, and you made a tremendous difference in his life. "All of life is a series of Good Fridays and Easter Sundays!" Nick has reached the ultimate Easter Sunday, enjoying the presence of the Risen Jesus! May God comfort your hearts with courage and peace! Nick has always been and will continue to be in my heart and prayer! Sister Mary Catherine, Nick's "Prin-si-PAL"

I read this at your gravesite and left the original with you. You will always be the light in my eyes and the breath of my heart till we meet again.

You never said "I'm leaving"
You never said goodbye
You were gone before I knew it,
And only God knew why

A million times I needed you,
A million times I cried
If Love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died

In Life I loved you dearly
In death I love you still
In my heart you hold a place,
That no one could ever fill

It broke my heart to lose you,
But you didn't go alone
For part of me went with you,
The day God took you home.

Mr. and Mrs. Putnam,
I'm shocked to hear about the passing of Nick. We worked together in Shippensburg at Sheetz and developed a strong love-hate relationship (in the best way possible). Although we didn't talk much over the summer, he was definitely someone that I could go to when I needed to talk. There is certainly now a hole in my heart that cannot be filled. Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

How horribly, terribly sad....Nick was a fixture during my office hours here at Shippensburg. He adopted several of my rodents after learning lab ended, giving them a wonderful home. I will sure miss him, and my heart goes out to his family and friends.

Arlene and Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you and with Nick. God blesses us with gifts, Nick, and we are never prepared to let go of the daily presence of those gifts. Sadly, we find it before us and all we can do is hold on to that blessing forever in our hearts and souls. Take Care, Trish.
