Forrest Harmel Neal, was stillborn on Thursday February 28, 2019 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the infant son of Peter B.W. Neal and Melissa Anne Harmel of Taneytown; paternal grandson of Linda Neal and the late Roger Neal; maternal grandson of Linda Toms and Dana Harmel. Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Taneytown.
