Not a finer man walked the face of this earth. A great public servant and a person who you would be proud to call a friend.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. I had the honor of working with Clappy as a dispatcher for quite a few years and through the fire department. His voice and laughter will not soon be forgotten. A wonderful man who touched the lives of many. Rest in peace brother.

Brenda, it was a shock to read of Mike's passing today. He was a good friend over the years going back to our days with the county. We will not be able to come up from Florida to express our condolences in person, but will be there in spirit.

Our condolences to Brenda & Family of Mike. He was a great friend and I surely enjoyed hunting with him. He fought such a long battle with his health. He always had a great attitude towards life and cherished his family and friends. He is now at peace. We will surely miss him.
