Theresa Lowe Obituary
Theresa Ann Lowe, 89, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Carroll Hospice Dove House.
Born on January 18, 1930 in Weston, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Peter and Sarah (Halterman) Riley.
She worked for Western Electric Company in Baltimore and was a volunteer at Carroll Hospital Center.
She is survived by her daughter Janet Lisowsky and fiancée Glen of Westminster and grandchildren Kimberly and Steven.
She was predeceased by siblings, Leo Riley, Mary Hull, Regina Freeman, and Bernadine Feagans.
Following cremation a private graveside will be held at a late date in Macpelia Cemetery in Weston, West Virginia. Arrangements entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
