William Thomas Cimino, 78, of Hagerstown, formerly of Finksburg, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at his home.

Born March 26, 1939 in Salisbury, MD, he was the son of the late Leonard and Lillie (Hughes) Cinno.  He was the husband of the late Linda (Schauermann) Cimino, who predeceased him in 2013.

Bill was a diesel mechanic for Mass Transit Administration in Baltimore.  For a good number of his younger years, Bill was a barber.  He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and a member of the Carrollton Church of God in Finksburg.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, eating out, reading the bible and listening to gospel music. 

He is survived by his son, Edward Cimino and wife, Lois of Hagerstown; daughters, Deborah Hare and husband, Leonard of Gettysburg, PA, and Dianne Renfrow and husband, Craig of Hampstead; grandchildren, James Renfrow and wife, Sharon, of Orrville, OH, Daniel Workman and wife, Stacy, of Littlestown, PA, Cara Morgan-Renfrow of Hampstead, Justin Workman and wife, Lesley, of York, PA, Tiffany Townsend and husband, Jason, of Hanover, PA, Kyle Renfrow of Baltimore and JP Ivey and wife, Rachel, of Honolulu, Hawaii; great grandchildren, Lily, Evey, Mark, Luke, Lane, Leeann, Kaecee, Cole, Nicholas, Chase, Bryce, Catherine, Sawyer, Charlotte, Benedict and Emmanuel; as well of as several nieces and nephews.   He was predeceased by a sister, Joan Kadron.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 6th at Carrollton Church of God, 1901 Carrollton Road, Finksburg with Pastor Dave Meador officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Westminster.
