Barbara Miller

Barbara L. Miller, age 87 of Taneytown, MD, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Born November 27, 1938, in Louisville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Nellie (Warner) Schnauble. She was the loving wife of Charles B. Miller.

Barbara was a graduate of Westminster High School Class of 1956. She and Charlie met and married in December 1956. They spent 65 years together before his passing in June 2022. She was a lifetime member of Piney Creek Presbyterian Church, Taneytown, she also was a member of the Pleasant Valley and Harney Auxiliary. She enjoyed working as a volunteer for the Harney Fire Department, baking and working in her flower beds and garden when she was able.

She is survived by son, Brian C.H. Miller, Sr. and wife Donna of Taneytown, MD; grandsons, Brian C.H. Miller, Jr., and wife Trisha of Littlestown, PA, Dylon Miller and wife Rachel of Taneytown, MD; great grandchildren, Silas Miller, Opal Miller, Juliann Miller and Abegail Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sister, Nancy Marken.
