Byron Lloyd Stubbs

Byron Lloyd Stubbs passed away on December 20, 2025. He was born on March 19, 1951. He was a pillar of integrity and service. A self-motivated provider from a young age, he balanced a distinguished professional career with a deep devotion to his family and his faith as a member of the King’s SDA Church. Known for his impeccable appearance, generous heart, and "Be Happy" philosophy. He is remembered for his long-standing career with Sandals Montego Bay and his unwavering commitment to his Jamaican community. Byron faced life’s challenges with prayerful gratitude and a servant's spirit. He is survived by his devoted wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, church family, friends and colleagues who were touched by his love, dedication and kindness.

He leaves behind a legacy of dignified service and unconditional love, resting now in the faith that guided his every action, looking forward to spending eternity with His Lord and Savior in the earth made new.

A Celebration of Life honoring Byron Lloyd Stubbs will be held Sunday, January 18, 2026, 5:30 p.m., at Metropolitan Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6307 Riggs Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20783. The family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
