Carolyn Hypes Kushner

Carolyn Patricia Hypes Kushner, 79, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida died peacefully on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Hospice, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Born February 10,1947 in Bluefield, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Brown) Hypes and Clarence Hypes. Carolyn was the wife of Jeffrey Kushner to whom she was married over 50 years. Carolyn worked in Personnel, Television, was an Administrative Assistant, Realtor and full-time Mother. Surviving in addition to her husband is Daughter, Tawnya Kushner and Grandson, Dallas Kushner. She is survived by sisters Dorothy Bare, Shirley Wolfe (Ronald) and Barbara Shelton; and brother Arthur Hypes (Cathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Carolyn was predeceased by Brothers-in-Law Doug Bare and Mike Shelton; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held sometime in the summer months.
