Carole Ann Harrison

Carole Ann Harrison, 70, of Rocky Ridge, MD, died October 21, 2024 at her home. Born October 13, 1954, in Boyds, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Greer and Monnie Ann (Cluff) Lane. Carole was the devoted wife of over 25 years to Mark Andrew Harrison.

Carole worked in housekeeping management for Maryland Oddfellows and Comfort Inn before retiring at age 65. She loved puzzles, outdoor camping, animals, and spending time with her family. In her younger years, she could often be found on the dance floor. She was a big fan of George Jones, Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty, sharing this passion with her daughters. 

Surviving in addition to her husband, Mark, are children, Carole Nicole Lowe and husband Herbert, Richard Brightwell Jr., and Marney Adkins and husband Gary; grandchildren, Cody Cantler, Angelina, and Alyssia Lowe, Chevelle and Novah Adkins; and Emily, Lacey, Hannah and Ryder Brightwell; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, and Kamden; brother, Bo Greer and wife Gail; sister, Debbie White; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her presence will be sorely missed by her family and daughter, Marney and family, with whom they shared a home for 18 years. 

Carole was predeceased by siblings, Jeannie Gardner, and Ronnie Greer.
