Craig Lee Schubert

Craig Lee Schubert, 48, of Westminster, Maryland passed away on October 20, 2025. Born on September 4, 1977, he was the son of Deborah Harris and Charles William and Jeanne Schubert. Craig was the devoted husband of his wife of 20 years, Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Schubert.

Craig proudly worked for Verizon as a cable splicer for almost 30 years, beginning work at age 18. He was also the life of every party and lived his life to the fullest. He loved sports and could often be found loudly supporting his favorites - the Denver Broncos and the Baltimore Orioles. In his free time, he loved spending time with his family, playing fast pitch softball, riding his motorcycle or listening to 1980’s hair metal.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by his children, Karla Elizabeth Linthicum, Bernice, and Holden; grandson, Harlem; brother, Steven Lee Schubert and wife, Stacy; step-sister, Rachel Snow and husband, Justin; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother, Philip Lee Schubert .

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 136 E. Baltimore Street, Taneytown (21787) from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, 2930 Hanover Pike, Manchester (21102). Interment will follow at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, 3184 Church Street, Manchester (21102).
