Born August 21, 1962, Dulaney “Randy” Randolph Kenny, II, 60, went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 25, 2023, at BridgingLife Hospice in Westminster. He was the son of the late Joyce Ann Kenny and Dulaney Randolph Kenny, I.
Surviving are siblings John Kenny, Winifred Kenny, and Dorothy Kenny; and numerous nieces and nephews; his friends that became family and took care of him until the end, Jason Yingling and wife June; their daughters Peyton and Paisley, who Randy adored, all of Westminster. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings Dallas Kenny and Cathy Kenny.
Randy worked as an HVAC mechanic for many years; he enjoyed taking the A/C units apart and scrapping. He also enjoyed his work as a farm hand in his younger days. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1982-1985. He took pride in serving his country. He was a fan of the Boston Celtics and the Washington Redskins. He also enjoyed attending services at the Church of the Open Door in Westminster, every Wednesday and twice on Sundays.
Friends are welcome from 10:30 – 11:30 am on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster, MD 21157, where a funeral service will begin at 11:30 with Dr. Ray Shutt, Soul-Winning/Visitation Pastor of Church of the Open Door will be officiating. Burial will follow at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery with Navy Honors.
