Kenneth Wayne Ford, Sr.

Kenneth Wayne Ford, Sr. age 82, died Saturday January 27, 2024, at his home. Born December 19, 1941, he was the son of late Virgie (Hoff) and Carroll Ford. He was the husband of June Ford.

He retired from the Arundel Corporation after 38 years of service. He attended Clearfield Bible Church and was a member of the Thurmont Conservation and Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed trapshooting, hunting, and farming.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, June Ford; daughters Marietta Ford, V. May Ford, Jennifer Shamer (Kent); son, Kenneth Ford, Jr., 6 grandchildren,6 great-grandchildren; and siblings Blanche Hurlock and David Ford.

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home 91 Willis St., Westminster, MD on Thursday February 1, 2024, from 2–4 p.m. and 6 -8 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at Clearfield Bible Church, 1303 Old Westminster Pike, Westminster, MD at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024. Interment will follow the service at Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3939 Gamber Road, Finksburg, Md. 21048
