Linda Ward

Linda G. Ward passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, after a short illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Ward; devoted mother of the late Andrew L. Coale and his wife Bridget; and cherished grandmother of Emma and Parker Coale, who were the center of her life and brought her endless joy and pride. 

Linda graduated from Towson High School in 1965 and later attended Towson University. She dedicated more than 30 years of service to the Social Security Administration, where she held senior-level positions and was respected for her professionalism, dedication, and compassion. Linda was proceeded in death by her mother, Anna Gansert and her sister, Sandra Hines. Linda is survived by her loving brothers, Philip W. Gansert and William T. Gansert, along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. 

She will be remembered for her love of family, her strength, kindness, and the deep care she gave to those around her.
