Patricia Anne Day

Patricia Anne Day, 93, of Westminster, MD, passed away October 20, 2025, at Terraces at Westminster. Born January 5, 1932, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie (Barton) Tobin. Patricia was the devoted wife of the late Charles H. Hufnagel, Jr., and the late Seth S. Day.
Patricia was a realtor and broker of Today’s Realty for 24 years. She was an avid golfer, loved to play bridge with friends, and travel abroad. She was also one of the original cheerleaders for the Baltimore Colts.
Surviving are children, Mary Anne Sturgill and husband Jesse, Mark Hufnagel and wife Karin; grandchildren, Christopher and Jessica Sturgill, Lee, Erik, Alex, Katrina, Jennifer and Matthew Hufnagel; and great-grandchildren, Caleb, Camden and Connor Sturgill, Quinn and Zane Harper, Evynn, Kenna, and Parker Hufnagel, Bryce Wayne, Macie Hutchins, and Logan Piorkowski. Patricia was predeceased by son, Chuck Hufnagel.
In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, she will be interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery, at a later date.
