Patrick Scott Adelhardt , 45, passed away February 6, 2017. He was born on July 15, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland. Patrick was always smiling, a momma's boy. A sweet, gentle person, lost as he faced a life full of challenges. Despite these challenges he always knew how to make people laugh and had an enduring love for his sons and his family.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Kathleen Ryan-Lucero and her husband Mel Lucero. His brother, Gary Adelhardt and his son Brandon, sister, Colleen Moody and her daughter Isabella. His sons, Patrick Adelhardt, Jr. and Colin Adelhardt. As well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St., Westminster.
