Pauline Wright "Polly" Kittinger

On Saturday, January 17, 2026, Pauline Wright “Polly” Kittinger passed away peacefully at her home in Fairfield, P.A., surrounded by her family. Born on Monday, June 28, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Donald Edward Wright and Dorothy Elizabeth Wright, nee Bream. She was the loving wife of James Merle Kittinger, Jr., her devoted spouse of 62 wonderful years.

In addition to her husband, Polly is survived by her daughters Karen Elizabeth Ridenour, and Holly Ann Kuykendall and her significant other Bud; her “Bonus Daughter” and family Lindsay Tokar and her husband Ryan and their son Ethan; her grandchildren Jon Kuykendall and wife Lauren, Erica Hough and husband Josh, and Jared Kuykendall and wife Melissa; her great grandchildren Greyson, Scarlett, and Grant. She is predeceased by her son-in-law Larry Ridenour.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 210 West Main Street Emmitsburg (21727) with a funeral service held at 11 a.m., Friday, January 23, 2026 at Elias Lutheran Church with Pastor Debra Linton officiating.
