Ricki Dennis Harmon

Ricki Dennis Harmon, 76, of Westminster passed away peacefully at home on Monday October 5, 2026 with his loving wife by his side. Born Tuesday, May 2, 1950 in Garrison, Maryland, he is the son of the late Donald Ray Harmon and Margaret Louise Harmon, nee Moser; beloved and cherished husband of Kathleen Marie Harmon, nee Swift his wife 42 years; loving father of Matthew Donald Harmon and his wife Bridget Ellen Cooper Harmon; devoted grandfather of Jacob Cooper Harmon; adored brother of Christy Clarke and her husband Richard, Donna Leppo, Craig Harmon and his wife Robbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ricki is predeceased by his brother-in-law Sterling Leppo.

Ricki was an accomplished man and great leader in keeping his team moving forward as the President and Owner of Medical Transport Service a private ambulance service. He was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan and enjoyed many rounds of golf throughout his life. Later in his life, his spare time was spent hanging with his grandson, Jacob.
