Roberta Louise Isbell

Roberta Louise Isbell, age 85 of Westminster, died, Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Autumn Lake Long View, Manchester, MD. Born March 4, 1939, in Thurmont, she was the daughter of the late Allen Edward and Emma Katherine (Starubaugh) Bentz.

Roberta worked as an inspector for English America in Westminster for 55 years. Twice married and widowed, she married her first husband, Fred Steiner Clark Campbell in 1958. Fred passed in 1997. She then married Frank Isbell in 2002. Frank passed in 2011. She loved camping, country music, playing cards and reading.

She is survived by sons, William K. Campbell and wife Barbara of Hanover PA, Frederick C. Campbell and David A. Campbell both of Westminster, daughter, Donna M. Yingling and husband Harry also of Westminster, grandchildren Kristy Campbell of Hanover, Mark Campbell and wife Jess of Avon OH and James Yingling of Westminster, MD, great grandchildren Morgan and Ethan Lescalleet , Madison and Emily Campbell and Jenna Yingling.

Besides her husbands, Fred and Frank, she was predeceased by her son, Roy Dale Campbell. Siblings, Bernard “Bernie”, Donald, Richard, Robert Bentz (her twin) and sisters, Anna Brake and Martha Bentz.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, Md.
