Wendy Ann (Peeling) Joyce

Wendy Ann Joyce, 57, of Finksburg, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Carroll Hospital Center after a courageous battle with cancer. Born October, 21, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Joan Peeling, nee Kupnicki.

She received her Associate’s degree from Carroll Community College. She enjoyed being outside, especially at the beach. In her younger years, she loved going to the Outer Banks. She adored her dog, Molly, and her grandchildren.

Surviving are children, Zachary Parkent and wife Nina, Ashley Cullum and husband Jacob, and Gabrielle Helwig and husband Logan; grandchildren, Maggie, Grady, Riley, and Wyatt; brother, Christopher Peeling; and numerous other family members and friends.

A graveside service will begin at 11 am on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life service will follow at Liberatore's Restaurant, Westminster, at 1 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wendy's name to American Cancer Society at American Cancer Society Donations
