William “Will” Andrew Clements, 21, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at the BridgingLife Hospice, formerly Dove House, surrounded by family. Born June 21, 2001, he was the son of James G. Clements, Jr. and Erin C. Clements.
He enjoyed his days at the Penn-Mar Day Program with his caregiver McKayla Rodgers. Will loved riding his bike, going to Disney World and family vacations, as well as being part of the 4H Therapeutic Riding Program of Carroll County. Will is a recent graduate of Carroll Springs and previously attended The Delrey School. In his downtime, he enjoyed watching Dora The Explorer.
Surviving in addition to his parents are siblings, Kaitlin and Aidan Clements; Aunt & Uncle Beatrice Pfander and Brian Hare; grandmother, Rita Clements; aunts, Nancy Cannon, Joann Wachter and husband John, uncle, Chris Clements and wife Tara; and cousins, Joe Pfander, Jen Hare, Becky Jordahl and husband Chad and family, Jason Hare and wife Ashley and family, and Geoffrey Hare. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Joseph T. Cannon, Beatrice Cannon, and James G. Clements, Sr.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster, MD 21157. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 17, 2023, at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Will’s name to 4H Therapeutic Riding Program, PO Box 124, Westminster, MD 21158.
