James Burns Obituary

James Junior Burns, 60, of Westminster, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at his residence. Born November 16, 1962, he was the son of the late James Washington Burns and Helen Marie Burns, nee Stemple. He was the father to Joshua James Burns.

He was a laborer, previously for FE Harrison & Sons. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, NASCAR, and listening to Guns-N-Roses and ACDC. He also liked to perform in Civil War reenactments.

In addition to his son, he is survived by granddaughters, Teegan and Loreli Collins; niece Maria (Sean) Ruddlesden; nephew Jeremy Kibler; great-nieces, Joyce Keegin, Faye Keegin, and Aaliyah Ruddlesden; and numerous aunts and uncles and other family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Paula Faye Eckenrode.
