Michael Esworthy Obituary

Michael Alan Esworthy, 46, of Taneytown, MD, died unexpectedly on October 10, 2020 in Westminster. Born May 2, 1974 in Baltimore, he was the son of Lee Esworthy, Sr. and the late Linda (Wantz) Esworthy. He was the husband of Jeanetta (Inouye) Esworthy.

Michael was a certified technician and mechanic. He was employed by various area auto repair shops over the years. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He was a fan of NASCAR racing and the Baltimore Orioles. He loved animals and spending time with his family.

Surviving, in addition to his wife Jeanetta and his father Lee, are daughter, Natalie Esworthy of Taneytown; step-daughter, Taylor Rice and husband Daniel of Gettysburg, PA; brother, Lee Esworthy, Jr. and wife Theresa of Westminster; and several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Michael’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Taneytown.
