Victoria Ellen Baker, 69, of Taneytown passed away peacefully, Sunday, June 27, 2021 at her home. Born December 23, 1951 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Thomas William Allison Baker and Betty Baker, nee Staup; beloved sister of Kathlyn Marie Holt and her husband Charles, and the Late Allison Lee “Butch” Baker; cherished sister-in-law of Kay Baker; and devoted aunt of Tanya Donato and her husband Will, and Kimberly McLaughlin and her husband Ryan Highland. The service and Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 636 West Lexington Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
